1. The service
dataunit sells mobile data bundles to phone numbers in Ghana. Bundles are delivered by the network through our data supplier.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis on the website. A 3% Paystack processing fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is made through Paystack by Mobile Money or card. An order starts only after your payment is confirmed.
3. The number you enter
You're responsible for entering the correct number on the right network. Data sent to a wrong but valid number can't be reversed, and we can't refund it.
4. Delivery
Most bundles arrive within minutes. The delivery time shown on the homepage is an estimate and can be longer when the network is busy. You can follow each order on the tracking page.
5. Refunds
If we can't deliver a paid bundle, we'll either deliver it or refund the amount you paid. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Delivered bundles can't be refunded.
6. Fair use
You may not use dataunit for fraud, with stolen payment details, or to disrupt the service. We may cancel orders that look fraudulent.
7. Liability
Network speed, coverage and how bundles are used are controlled by the network operator. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
